JERROD NIEMANN WAVES “OLD GLORY” ON FOX & FRIENDS, THE DAILY BRIEFING FOR VETERANS DAY

Curb Records Country star JERROD NIEMANN spent yesterday waving his red-white-and-blue ballad “Old Glory” in honor of U.S. service members and their families, sharing the proud new song with Fox & Friends and The Daily Briefing this Veterans Day (11/12).

With a heart full of gratitude and respect, the hitmaker delivered a spine-tingling rendition of “Old Glory” for nationwide Fox & Friends viewers, and then spent time with The Daily Briefing host Dana Perino to discuss the song’s powerful message.

In case you missed it, watch Niemann’s Fox & Friends performance of “Old Glory” here and Fox & Friends: After The Show Show here.

Written by Niemann after participating in multiple USO Tours and hearing first hand about the sacrifices made by service members – not only their willingness to lay down their lives, but also to miss important moments like birthdays, anniversaries and funerals – “Old Glory” salutes the steadfast conviction of our armed forces throughout history.

Niemann also used Veterans Day to speak at length about the song’s service member-focused message during a one-hour block of programming played on radio stations across the country. And last week (11/5), the hitmaker took the stunning new track to the NFL, performing “Old Glory” during the Salute to Service halftime of the Tennessee Titans vs. Dallas Cowboys Monday Night Footballgame and earning a stadium-wide standing ovation.

Niemann will head into the holidays with a set of select tour dates in, Ohio, Texas and Michigan. For additional information on JERROD NIEMANN, please visit www.jerrodniemannofficial.com and reach out to him on FacebookTwitter and Instagram.

ABOUT JERROD NIEMANN:
After almost a decade as a major-label artist, prolific Nashville hitmaker Jerrod Niemann has put his heart on his sleeve like never before with the patriotic anthem, “Old Glory.” He wrote the track in honor of U.S. service members following the 2017 Tongo Tongo ambush in Niger. A veteran of multiple USO Tours, Niemann knew how much those heroes were willing to sacrifice in the name of duty – from missing their children’s first steps and soccer games to holidays, anniversaries and so much more. He performed “Old Glory” live for the first time during that year’s USO Holiday Tour, and is now bringing it to the American public. Also in 2017, Niemann dug deep into his journey for THIS RIDE – his first album for Curb Records, which includes the feel-good jam, “I Got This,” the uplifting duet “A Little More Love” (with Lee Brice) and the classy romance of “God Made a Woman.” Known for clever wordplay and attention-grabbing lyrics, the engaging singer-songwriter last topped Country charts with his PLATINUM-certified anthem “Drink to That All Night,” a multi-week #1 from the 2014 album HIGH NOON – on which he co-wrote eight of the 12 tracks. Niemann first burst onto the scene in 2010 with his critically-acclaimed major-label debut, JUDGE JERROD & THE HUNG JURY, which skyrocketed on the strength of his PLATINUM-certified #1 smash “Lover, Lover” and GOLD-certified Top 5 “What Do You Want.” His second release, FREE THE MUSIC, included Top 15 “Shinin’ On Me” and poignant ballad “Only God Could Love You More.” From Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association and CMT Award nominations, to headlining and touring with some of Country’s hottest acts – Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley, and Keith Urban – Niemann continues to make his mark by creatively pushing boundaries while still offering a sincere nod to the legends before him.
