PLATINUM-selling duo LOCASH recently announced the upcoming release of their new album Chris & Preston, due out October 23 via Galaxy Label Group (their own independent record label). After years of building one of modern Country’s most enduring partnerships, singer/songwriters Preston Brust and Chris Lucas are turning the spotlight toward the friendship, shared history, and real-life experiences that have shaped their music through the years. Go here to pre-order/pre-save Chris & Preston now.

“LOCASH is what we built together, but Chris & Preston is who we are,” says Brust. “This album is two brothers, two friends, two voices, and a lot of life lived. After all these years, it felt right to put our names on it.”

A powerful showcase for their one-of-a-kind chemistry, Chris & Preston features LOCASH’s captivating new song “Where My Stars Line Up” (a blissed-out ode to the kind of love that makes the whole world feel like home) and current chart-climbing Country radio single “Talkin Bout” (hailed by Billboard as “two minutes and 37 seconds of sweet midtempo affirmation, supported by a burning production and hooky guitar riff”). Along with serving up a rich collection of soul-stirring love songs, Brust and Lucas turn their attention to the touchstones that matter most to them, including family, hometown roots, and their passion for Country music — all brought to life in "Let The Country Music Play," their feel-good collaboration with Parmalee. Check out the full tracklist for Chris & Preston below.

Made with sought-after producers like Jacob Rice (Conner Smith, Jon Langston), Ben Johnson (Jelly Roll, HARDY), and Blake Bollinger (Rodney Atkins, Brett Eldredge), Chris & Preston finds LOCASH joining forces with a top-notch lineup of co-writers, including Country superstars Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell, chart-dominating hitmaker Ashley Gorley (Morgan Wallen, Chris Stapleton), and four-time GRAMMY winner Josh Kear (Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan). Whether they’re laying down a good-humored heartbreak song or sharing a message of hope in a fractured world, LOCASH infuse every track with the singular perspective they’ve gained through years spent chasing — and living — the Country music dream.

Further revealing their strength as collaborators, Chris & Preston signals another major milestone for Galaxy Label Group. After launching the label in 2024 to maintain creative control of their music while mentoring a new generation of artists, Brust and Lucas scored massive success with Bet The Farm — a 2025 LP that marked their inaugural album release via Galaxy Label Group and delivered their MULTI-WEEK No. 1 smash "Hometown Home." With Chris & Preston, the duo continue to chart their own course and put a highly personal stamp on Country music.

As they gear up for the release of Chris & Preston, LOCASH continue their recently launched LET THE COUNTRY MUSIC PLAY TOUR — a North American headline run currently scheduled through December 12 in Hollywood, FL. They took the stage yesterday (10/6) at the Tulsa State Fair and are set to headline The Shed Smokehouse & Juke Joint in Maryville, TN, on October 9.
