On Sunday night (8/30), RECORDS Nashville/Columbia singer-songwriter-guitarist Ty Myers made history with his debut at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO, becoming the youngest Country artist ever to headline the world-famous venue and the youngest artist of any genre following Billie Eilish. Myers hit the Red Rocks stage with full force, delivering a powerhouse set packed with songs from his GOLD-certified 2025 debut album The Select and critically lauded 2026 follow-up Heavy On The Soul. As he tore through showstoppers like the PLATINUM-certified “Ends of the Earth,” “Thought It Was Love,” and “Drinkin’ Alone” — as well as longtime fan favorites like “Stay” and recent hits like the chart-climbing “Message to You” — the Texas-bred musician showcased the soulful vocals and incendiary guitar work behind his phenomenal rise.

In another standout moment during the history-making show, Myers struck an especially powerful chord with his performance of “Always On My Mind,” the heavy-hearted ballad famously recorded by Willie Nelson. On August 21, Myers gave listeners a sneak peek at Two Braids & The Truth with the release of his tender rendition of “Always On My Mind,” featuring emerging singer/songwriter Carter Faith — check it out here. A passion project particularly close to his heart, Two Braids & The Truth will arrive just days before Myers shares the stage with Nelson for a series of major live appearances. On September 22 and 24, he’ll join Willie Nelson & Family and Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts as a special guest for a pair of co-headlining shows at Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, CT, and TD Pavilion at the Mann in Philadelphia, PA.
