Set to officially impact Country radio on August 24, “Talkin Bout” takes the form of an arena-sized ode to the kind of love that colors every part of life. Written by Lucas, Brust, Nate Kenyon, and Blake Bollinger, the heart-on-sleeve track opens with an earworm-ready rundown of what matters most to the duo: “If I’m talkin bout baseball, I’m talkin bout the Braves / If I’m talkin bout George, I’m talkin bout Strait / If I’m talkin bout a place with a one-horse pace / You can slow down, talkin bout my hometown.” With its chorus building to a sweet and soulful promise of devotion (“Everywhere I go, baby, everything I do / If I’m talkin bout a girl, I’m talkin bout you”), “Talkin Bout” instantly draws listeners into the emotional landscape of Let The Country Music Play — a warm and carefree world where love, family, and Country music remain life’s truest constants and deepest joys.

This Friday (7/24), LOCASH continue their newly launched LET THE COUNTRY MUSIC PLAY TOUR by taking the stage at the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles, CA. Currently scheduled through December 12 in Hollywood, FL, the North American headline run includes stops in major cities like Las Vegas (August 16) and appearances at must-see summer festivals like OC Smoke Show in Mission Viejo, CA (August 15), Country Splash Cabo in San José del Cabo, Mexico (September 5), and more. In addition, LOCASH will make their way to Hilton Head Island Jam Songwriter Festival in mid-September, where they’ll host the LOCASH Golf Bash — a one-of-a-kind scramble tournament set on the fairways of Atlantic Dunes at Sea Pines Resort, with every swing supporting Lowcountry charities and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
