Earlier this summer, Southall made their debut at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Taking part in this year’s historic OPRY 100 celebration, the band graced the biggest stage in Country music delivering a one-of-a-kind performance of “Scared Money” and “Why” to a packed house. Southall's debut even caught the attention of GRAMMY.com, who ranked the event as one of “three notable moments [that] occurred in June 2025 alone” for the Red Dirt genre. Making a splash on and off stage, the group was greeted with a career accomplishment backstage as well. Their undeniable hit, “Why,” reached PLATINUM status, further calling for a plaque celebration directly following their bucket list appearance.
Boasting nearly 700 MILLION career streams, Southall has spent the last decade building a rabid grassroots following. Winning over crowds while headlining across the country, they’ve also opened for Jamey Johnson, Chase Rice, and Blackberry Smoke. Currently in the studio, stay tuned for more from Southall.
