Country-Rock standouts Southall have heeded the call for more shows from fans across the country and now added a third leg to their highly popular 10 YEARS OF SIX STRING SORROW TOUR. Picking up where they left off and visiting new cities, this segment begins on August 1 in Peoria, IL, at Crusens, and stops everywhere from Billings, MT, and Casper, WY, to Oxford, MS, before closing out with a show on October 17 in Chattanooga, TN, at Barrelhouse Ballroom. Tickets for all dates are on sale now. Go here to purchase tickets.
It's no wonder audiences keep clamoring for more gigs. On this jaunt, the group have consistently delivered night after night. During the set, they reignite their 2015 opus, Six String Sorrow, by delivering knockout renditions of essential album cuts like “Moon and Back,” “Keystone Clan,” and “Gunshy”—which remains their second most-streamed track to date.
The 10 YEARS OF SIX STRING SORROW TOUR got off to a smashing start as the self-proclaimed Red Dirt rockers sold out shows in their birthplace of Stillwater, OK, Little Rock, AR, Helotes, TX, and most recently Waco, TX, in addition to packing houses coast-to-coast. As indicated by the overwhelming response to the tour so far, it’s clear the album’s legacy only continues to endure.
Next up, Southall brings the 10 YEARS OF SIX STRING SORROW TOUR to Delmar Hall in St. Louis, MO, on June 18 and then rolls through major markets in the south, including a stop in Nashville, TN, on June 26 at Chief’s on Broadway—owned by Eric Church. While in Music City, Southall are set for another milestone evening with their bucket list debut at the Grand Ole Opry on June 25 as part of this year’s OPRY 100 celebration. Gracing the historic stage in Country music for the first time only adds to the GOLD-selling band’s year chock-full of career landmarks.
Loading up their touring resume, the in-demand act will also play coveted festivals including Austin City Limits Music Festival, and Fort Smith, Arkansas’s Peacemaker Festival, in addition to a double-stack of shows in August with Ole 60.
Boasting nearly 600 MILLION career streams and 1.2 MILLION cumulative monthly listeners, Southall has built a rabid grassroots following touring across the country, winning over crowds alongside Whiskey Myers, Jamey Johnson, Blackberry Smoke, and Chase Rice, and on their headlining run.
