CHRIS LANE TOASTS NEW MUSIC WITH FROM WHERE I’M SIPPIN’ EP

MULTI-PLATINUM Country star Chris Lane toasts to brand-new music today (10/20), celebrating the hard-won wisdom of personal growth with his hotly anticipated EP, From Where I’m Sippin’.

Featuring five new fresh-Country concoctions – four of which were co-written by the hitmaker himself – the EP was produced by Derek Wells with additional production from Michael Lotten, and marks another step forward for a top-shelf creator. Announced just last month, it finds Lane refining his mix of energy and emotion, fusing gratitude, good times and more with ear-catching melodies, effortless charm and clever wordplay.

Along with the fuzzed out and frustrated lead single “Find Another Bar” currently climbing the Country radio charts, themes range from unexpected romantic perfection (“Mistake”) and bittersweet heartbreak (“Way to Go Girl”), to a flirtatious gamble with high stakes (“Betcha”) and the good-life gratitude driving Lane’s open-hearted title track (“From Where I’m Sippin’”).

It all comes as the chart-topping entertainer, husband and father enters a new phase of life, with From Where I’m Sippin’ marking the first studio collection on Lane’s newly announced label home – a partnership of Jay DeMarcus’ Red Street Records and Voyager Records, which Lane launched himself.

“I cannot believe the day is finally here! I am so excited to introduce this next chapter with From Where I’m Sippin’,” shares Lane. “This set of songs is a rollercoaster journey of living and loving life, and I feel like it shows another side of me as a songwriter. Hope y’all love this project as much as I do!”

First shared in August, “Find Another Bar” helped kick off a creative return for Lane – and fans responded with unbridled enthusiasm. A moody, post-breakup anthem featuring distorted guitars, weary vocals and a pounding beat, the tune has already surpassed 3.4 MILLION+ global streams, building on a season of high-profile collaborations.

Lane’s recent releases include “Dancin’ In The Moonlight” (with Lauren Alaina), the HIXTAPE: Vol. 2 smash “Small Town On It” (with Scotty McCreery), and a feature on Dustin Lynch’s “Tequila On A Boat.” Other recent tracks include “Howdy,” “Stop Coming Over,” “Summer Job Money,” “Fill Them Boots” and “Ain’t Even Met You Yet,” as the artist-songwriter continues to deliver after the GOLD-certified success of his popular 2018 album, LAPS AROUND THE SUN.

Adding to an already-stacked resume with three #1’s on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart plus five certified singles – including the 3X PLATINUM “I Don’t Know About You,” 2X PLATINUM “Take Back Home Girl” (featuring Tori Kelly) and 2X PLATINUM “Big, Big Plans” – Lane spent the summer gaining major traction on the road, playing top-tier festivals and headline dates, with shows scheduled through the end of the year. See Lane's full list of tour dates here.
