TEDDY ROBB'S NEW SONG "STAY SINGLE" FLIPS THE SINGLE LIFE UPSIDE DOWN

Just in time for Valentine's Day, Teddy Robb's new song "Stay Single" is here — and it's not what you think. Available everywhere today (2/10), "Stay Single" is an independent anthem turned meet-cute set to a guitar-centered groove, all narrated by Robb's signature honeyed rasp.

Robb penned "Stay Single" with Pete Good, James McNair and Brandon Ratcliff, coming up with the idea during a time in his life when he wanted to do just that. Despite the title, the song, produced by Good, tells a different story, with Robb explaining via lyric that even with his intentions to live the single life, he met someone he couldn't help but fall for.

"When we wrote 'Stay Single,' I was truly in a phase of life where I was enjoying being single," Robb shares. "I walked into Pete Good's studio and said, 'Boys, life is good. All I gotta do is stay single!' We all kind of laughed and knew we had to write that title, and of course we all love to put a good spin on a hook. I’m so proud of the way the song turned out, and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it!"

"Stay Single" is Robb's latest release following "Pretty Things," his first track as an independent artist. "Pretty Things" scored spots on multiple playlists including Spotify's Next From Nashville, Amazon Music's Breakthrough Country, Tidal's Country Rising, YouTube Music's Country's New Crop and more and has been spinning on stations in multiple radio markets. Previously, Robb has released two EPs, a self-titled project in 2020 and 2022's Get Away With It. He is currently working on more new music to share with fans in 2023.

ABOUT TEDDY ROBB:
Growing up in rural Ohio, Teddy Robb spent his childhood outdoors, hunting, fishing, and off-roading. He developed a love for music at a young age, finding inspiration in Country greats like George Strait, Johnny Cash and Brooks & Dunn as well as Rock and Roll and Blues music. The conclusion of his football career in college gave him the push to pick up a guitar, and once he started performing, he was hooked. After graduation, Robb moved to Nashville, cutting his teeth in Broadway honky-tonks before a trip to Colorado led to a residency at a local bar. There, Robb continued to hone his craft and ultimately made the connection that would take him back to Music City. He has since released two EPs — a self-titled project in 2020 and Get Away With It in 2022 — and his music has tallied over 110 MILLION streams to date. He has performed on NBC's TODAY, been spotlighted by Rolling Stone and Billboard and has shared the stage with Country stars like Luke Combs, Jordan Davis and HARDY. Robb's recent release "Pretty Things" was his first as an independent artist, and his latest song, "Stay Single," marks the start of a new journey to unfold in 2023.
