HAYLEY ORRANTIA STRIKES A MATCH IN “GASOLINE” – AVAILABLE NOW

Someone light a match and cover us in / Gasoline,” dares singer/songwriter/actress Hayley Orrantia as a toxic romance goes up in flames in her latest scorcher. Available now through all streaming platforms and digital retailers, listen to “Gasoline” here.

The first co-write Orrantia is releasing with her fiancé Greg Furman, Ben Zelico is also tagged as a co-writer and the producer. “I wrote this song after hearing my fiancé Greg [Furman] say to our friend, ‘It’s hard to burn a bridge when you’re standing on it,’ when referring to an on-again-off-again relationship,” shares Orrantia. “That line sparked the whole concept. My producer Ben [Zelico] had a great idea for the hook that sums up that feeling of a toxic cycle. It was so great to collaborate with my fiancé in this way, especially since we got to shoot the music video together as well.”

Deceptive in its upbeat melody despite its blazing lyrics battling the choke hold of a love gone wrong, the adjoining music video filmed in Los Angeles, CA, further centers around Furman’s line about burning bridges. Directed by Furman and produced by Orrantia, watch as she takes on the lead as viewers are left to question if she’ll finally end the relationship – or ignite the destructive pattern once more.
