DELUXE OUT NOW: GABBY BARRETT UNCOVERS A GOLDMINE

First striking GOLD with her history-making debut album, Warner Music Nashville’s MULTI-PLATINUM star Gabby Barrett is today (11/19) releasing her extended version, GOLDMINE (DELUXE), available everywhere now.

Acknowledging that sometimes you can “Never Get It Back,” Barrett introduces a soak-it-all-in reminder as part of the four-track bonus. Penned by Barrett, Ross Copperman, and Jon Nite, she sings, “‘Cause times like these, they go too fast / You blink like that / And you never get it back, never get it back / Hold today like it’s your last / Once you let go / You never get it back, never get it back.”

“It’s really about being grateful for where you came from, what you started with, and appreciating as much as you possibly can because once those moments go by, you can never get them back,” shares Barrett. “And to really appreciate life and what you see in front of you.”

With 15 songwriting credits to her name and co-produced by GRAMMY-nominee Ross Copperman and Zach Kale, plus additional production by Jimmy Robbins, Sam Martin, and Bryan Fowler on select songs, GOLDMINE (DELUXE) also includes “Pick Me Up,” a cover of Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You” – previously released as an exclusive Amazon Original – and “The Good Ones (Wedding Version).” Barrett was inspired to record the latter due to an overwhelming demand by her fans for a stripped-down rendition for weddings.

Continuing to live out her dreams like the inspiring message of her latest chart-rising single, “Footprints on the Moon,” Barrett is the MOST-NOMINATED Country music female artist at the 2021 American Music Awards on Sunday (11/21). Vying for Favorite Female Country ArtistFavorite Country Album (GOLDMINE), and Favorite Country Song (“The Good Ones”), the world’s largest fan-voted awards show is live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA, at 8 p.m. EST/PST on ABC.

Ushering in the holiday season, Barrett is co-hosting CMA Country Christmas with Carly Pearce. Full of festive one-of-a-kind performances, the 12th annual holiday special airs November 29 at 8-9 p.m./ET on ABC. In addition, she’s delivering her own soul-stirring rendition of “Silent Night” to Apple Music’s second annual Carols Covered playlist just announced today (11/19). Returning this year with the addition of Spatial Audio, the 25 exclusive-to-Apple Music Christmas and holiday songs feature today’s standout artists. Listen to the full collection now.

"I think ‘Silent Night’ is so beautifully lyrically written – a song that talks about a calm, silent night, and expressing the wonders of a newborn child, our Lord being born,” Barrett adds. “I think it's just beautiful in every way, and I'm excited to have everybody hear it.”
