Warner Music Nashville’s Gabby Barrett continues her reign as “the year’s top new artist” (Country Aircheck) topping the Hot AC charts this week with “streaming tsunami” (HITS) “I Hope” feat. Charlie Puth. Adding to over 750 MILLION career global streams to date, the 3X PLATINUM crossover smash marks her first Hot AC chart-topper as well as her first Billboard Hot 100 Top 10, sitting at #8-and-climbing. The fiery anthem also continues its streaming dominance as the most-streamed Country song of the year, and currently sits atop the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for its 13th week.

“I’m so grateful for this amazing achievement. ‘I Hope’ continues to do more than I ever imagined, and I cannot believe it’s the #1 song at HOT AC THIS WEEK," Barrett shares. "Thank you God for this gift and for all of the blessings I continue to receive, thank you to my team, my sweet husband, my family, my unbelievable fans, the folks at radio, my co-writers, and of course to Charlie Puth for hopping on this song and making it even bigger. I’m so thankful for all of this and I don’t take an inch of it for granted! THANK YOU!”

Tomorrow, Barrett will perform the “game-changing hit” (PEOPLE) at the CMT Music Awards where she is nominated for Breakthrough Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year – both for “I Hope.” Watch the nominated clip here. Written by Barrett with Zach Kale, Emily Landis, and Jim McCormick, MusicRow calls the single “solid, and the sentiment rings true,” while PEOPLE observes that “The Good Ones” is a testimony “to Barrett’s mate and to love itself.” Listen here, and watch its heartwarming music video here.

Warner Music Nashville’s Gabby Barrett is setting the trend. Nominated for two CMA Awards – New Artist of the Year and Single of the Year (“I Hope”), named an Amazon Music Breakthrough artist, featured in Variety’s 2020 Young Hollywood Impact Report, named Radio Disney's Next Big Thing, a Billboard "Chartbreaker," a SiriusXM + Pandora All-Genre and Country Artist to Watch, and a short-listed GRAMMY contender (ForbesBillboard), Barrett continues to prove why she’s “Country music's rising star” (E!). Her meteoric debut, 3X PLATINUM "lightning-in-a-bottle single" (PEOPLE) “I Hope,” is 2020’s most-streamed Country song to date, cracking the Top 10 of Billboard's Hot 100 chart. Reigning atop the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for 13 weeks, “I Hope” was also the first debut single by a solo female artist to top the Country radio charts since 2017 and made her the youngest artist with a #1 debut at Country radio in over two decades. Adding to over 750 MILLION+ global streams, her full-length LP GOLDMINE earned more first-week debut album streams than any other Country act in history, including her current SIX songs spinning across FIVE radio formats: “I Hope” and latest single “The Good Ones” (Country radio); “I Hope” feat. Charlie Puth (Top 40, Hot AC and AC); “Footprints on the Moon” (Radio Disney); “Got Me” feat. Shane & Shane (SiriusXM’s “The Message” and Music Choice’s Contemporary Christian channels); and “Rose Needs a Jack” (SiriusXM’s “The Highway”).
