Warner Music Nashville’s PLATINUM singer-songwriter Gabby Barrett strikes gold today as she unveils her highly anticipated debut album, GOLDMINE, available everywhere now

“It feels like a dream that this day is here,” beams Barrett. “I’ve wanted to put out an album since I was 11 years old and decided that Country music was what I would aspire to do for the rest of my life, so to see it come to life today just the way I dreamed is such a huge blessing. Thank you to everyone who inspired, worked on and supported this album from beginning to now – I really do feel like it’s my own little ‘goldmine,’ and I am so grateful. I hope you love it as much as I do!”

The Billboard short-listed GRAMMY contender touts writing credits on 12 of 13 songs on the buzzed-about debut – including her history-making No. 1 “I Hope,” which set her apart as the youngest artist with a debut single to hit the Country radio charts’ summit in over two decades. Co-produced by Ross Copperman and Zach Kale with additional production by Jimmy Robbins, Sam Martin and Bryan Fowler on select tracks, Barrett buckled down in the writing room with the likes of Nashville mainstay songwriters Nicolle Gaylon, Emily Weisband, Jon Nite and Josh Osborne, as well as Copperman, Kale and Robbins, and the result is an album that reaches across genres while staying firmly rooted in Country music, anchored on Barrett’s soulful, powerhouse voice and her wise-beyond-her-years convictions.

From “nice twist on the ode-to-my-love ballad” (Sounds Like Nashville) “Hall of Fame” to her current single “The Good Ones,” a “softly romantic” (MusicRow) tribute meant to “celebrate the joy of finding lasting love” (The Boot), GOLDMINE is the full picture of a young artist already ascending to her creative peak, comfortable in exactly who she is. Billboard shares this sentiment and raves, “an uncommonly mature outlook from such a new artist. And a sign that this GOLDMINE may be a mother lode.”

Celebrating the bold new release, Barrett is shifting gears with innovative approaches to keep the festivities rolling next week. On June 23, the rising star will perform select tracks LIVE FROM THE GOLDMINE, a fan-facing livestream performance event on her YouTube channel, Facebook and Twitter at 6pm CT/7pm ET. Accompanied by a full band, Barrett will share the inspiration behind the project and debut a handful of album cuts for the very first time live from Franklin, TN. SiriusXM will re-air the audio from LIVE FROM THE GOLDMINE as a nationwide radio special later this month.

Barrett is also teaming up with adventure and tour company Let’s Roam in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to create a free, original 5-day digital series of indoor scavenger hunts to uncover the joy of her GOLDMINE in an innovative and memorable way, reaching her global audience. Let’s Roam’s first-ever collaboration in music launches tomorrow (6/20) and allows fans to be entered to win a private Zoom call with Barrett by answering trivia questions, completing photo and video challenges, watching/listening to new songs on the album, and sharing tasks on social media. Stacking high-profile features in BillboardEntertainment TonightForbesThe TennesseanPEOPLE and more, early praise for the album is piling up, with The Tennessean declaring – “anchored by the record-setting success of her crossover hit ‘I Hope’…’Goldmine’ taps into the country, pop and R&B influences that helped raise the Pennsylvania native and shaped her debut sound,” and CMT hailing her career as “a lesson in how a newcomer can make history with one song,” with “I Hope” only showcasing “a tiny sliver of the kind of country music she has up her sleeve.”

Warner Music Nashville’s Gabby Barrett is setting the trend. The "lightning-in-a-bottle single" (PEOPLE) raced to #16 on Billboard's Hot 100 Chart, making history as the first solo female debut single to reach Country radio’s summit since 2017. Spotlighted as a SiriusXM + Pandora All-Genre and Country Artist to Watch, Radio Disney’s Next Big Thing, and Amazon Music’s Weekly One best performing Country female of 2019, she continues to rise through the ranks as “Country music's rising star” (E!). “A voice you must hear,” (The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review) the ACM New Female Artist of the Year nominee has opened for Dierks Bentley, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Toby Keith, Chris Lane, Dustin Lynch, Jake Owen, Bebe Rexha, Cole Swindell, Sugarland, and Carrie Underwood.
