HOME FREE AND RACHEL WAMMACK JOIN FESTIVE FORCES ON “TENNESSEE CHRISTMAS”

Just in time for the holidays, all-vocal Country entertainers HOME FREE and RCA Nashville rising star RACHEL WAMMACK have come together to release their own rendition of the festive Amy Grant original, “Tennessee Christmas.”

The clip, which debuted exclusively on Taste of Country, was filmed at a Christmas tree farm just outside of Nashville and showcases the powerhouse vocals of both parties, as they sing along to the iconic holiday tune.

High tenor Austin Brown shared the adorable details of how their collaboration came to be with Taste of Country, saying, “I had been following Rachel for a while, thanks to the singer/songwriter community in Nashville, and I absolutely fell in love with her voice. Our paths finally crossed earlier this year when she opened a show for us alongside Reba McEntire, and needless to say, I couldn't keep my inner ‘fangirl’ at bay. Thankfully, she didn’t hold that against me, and when we approached her about joining us on ‘Tennessee Christmas,’ she loved the idea… Based on the way it turned out, I think I speak for all of us when I say we couldn’t have asked for a better person to team up with on this song.”

Wammack continued, “When the guys asked me to be a part of this Christmas track, I didn’t hesitate! I’ve always been a fan of big vocals, so it was amazing to collaborate with a group like Home Free. I hope our version of this song gets people in the holiday spirit!”
