PLATINUM-certified hitmaker CHRIS LANE follows his rocket-fueled summer with the launch of a huge headlining tour, announcing his BIG, BIG PLANS TOUR today (9/3), presented by Ones To Watch and produced by Live Nation.

Set to kick off October 31 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the BIG, BIG PLANS TOUR will find Lane blitzing 29 cities from coast-to-coast with supporting acts GABBY BARRETT, BLANCO BROWN and ERNEST (on select dates). It’s just the latest BIG, BIG news from a star who continues to outpace expectations.

A case in point, his red-hot current single “I Don’t Know About You” has just cracked Country radio’s TOP 10, a can't-get-enough romantic jam which is already certified GOLD with more than 222 MILLION streams to its credit. It’s Lane’s fourth-straight GOLD or PLATINUM single, and another driving force behind his career total of over 1.1 BILLION streams.

"After a top-notch summer touring with Brad Paisley, I couldn't be more excited for my Big, Big Plans tour to kick off! Having artists like Gabby, Blanco, and Ernest out with me will make it a fun show from start to finish," says Lane. "I'll be bringing the energy and may even have some surprises in store. We've amped up the production to a new level and I can't wait for people to see it!"

Lane’s BIG, BIG PLANS TOUR comes on the heels of a personal milestone which turned public in a massive way – the fan-demanded release of his track “Big, Big Plans,” penned for his now-fiancée, Lauren Bushnell. Written by Lane alongside Jacob Durrett and Ernest K. Smith, the heartwarming song was first heard during Lane’s unforgettable proposal video – a clip which has now clocked in more than 5 MILLION views.
Last weekend, Lane wrapped the U.S. dates of his run as direct support on Brad Paisley’s WORLD TOUR and has select headline shows lined up for September before rejoining Paisley for the European portion of his high-profile trek in October. Lane’s VEVO acoustic video for “New Phone, Who’s This” – a standout cut from his acclaimed LAPS AROUND THE SUN album – is out now.

Since bursting onto the scene with his breakout #1 smash “Fix,” Chris Lane’s star continues to rise with GOLD and PLATINUM level single certifications, two Top 10 albums, and more than 1 BILLION combined streams. His latest irresistible single “I Don’t Know About You” is Top 10 and climbing at Country radio, following the success of hit collaboration “Take Back Home Girl” featuring Tori Kelly. Both songs are from Lane's Big Loud Records sophomore album – LAPS AROUND THE SUN – that made a chart-topping debut, landing at #1 on the iTunes Top Country Albums chart and inside the Top 10 of Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart for the second time in his career. Gaining recognition, Lane was named one of MusicRow Magazine’s 2017 Next Big Thing Artists, has scored nominations at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, ACM Awards and Radio Disney Music Awards and appeared on TODAY, The Bachelor, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night With Seth Meyers and CONAN. Previously landing coveted opening slots on tours with Florida Georgia Line, Dustin Lynch, Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw + Faith Hill, Rascal Flatts and Dan + Shay, the Kernersville, NC-native successfully closed out his second headline run – the LAPS AROUND THE SUN TOUR – earlier this year. He is currently on the road as direct support for Brad Paisley’s 2019 WORLD TOUR, with several international stops on deck. Lane recently became engaged to Lauren Bushnell, popping the question with “Big, Big Plans” — a song he penned for his fiancée.

Warner Music Nashville powerhouse Gabby Barrett came into national prominence as a finalist on ABC’s American Idol in 2018, and has since burst on to the scene with debut single, "I Hope.” Tapped as Radio Disney’s newest “Next Big Thing” artist, a “Highway Find” by SiriusXM’s “The Highway,” one of Rolling Stone Country’s “10 Best Country and Americana Songs To Hear Now,” and a CMT Artist Discovery member, Barrett and her “sizzling slow burner” (Sounds Like Nashville) are garnering serious attention from fans and media alike. Recently making her first return performance on Idol for the national TV debut of the track, and taking it to Disney’s “ARDYs: A Celebration of Music,” “I Hope” claimed the #1 spot on SiriusXM’s“The Highway” Hot 30 Countdown and on Radio Disney’s Country Top 50 chart, solidifying Barrett as “a voice you must hear” (The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review). A native of Munhall, Pennsylvania, Barrett began singing in her local gospel choir at the age of nine, started playing shows at age 11 and performed 136 shows in 2017 alone before rising to fame on Idol. She has recently shared the stage with superstars like Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Chris Lane, Dustin Lynch, Jake Owen, Bebe Rexha, Sugarland, Carrie Underwood and more, and is currently in the studio with GRAMMY-nominated producer Ross Copperman working on her debut full-length album.

Blurring the lines between Country and hip-hop music, Blanco Brown makes a southern sound that he proudly calls "TrailerTrap." It's a boundary-breaking, multicolored genre of his very own — which draws upon the rawness and storytelling abilities of his two biggest musical influences, Johnny Cash and Outkast. His debut EP, Blanco Brown, shows off the full range of its creator, who juggles multiple roles as the project's songwriter, producer, vocalist, visionary, and multi-instrumentalist (guitar, harmonica, lap steel, spoons, tambourine, to name a few). Since 2014, Blanco has been honing in on his unique sound, which is a mix of countrified influences and street-smart lingo, that balances both the urban and rural settings in which he grew up. His viral hit “The Git Up” has taken the world by storm, becoming the top-selling Country song for nine weeks and claiming the #1 spot on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart and spawning nearly three billion views across social platforms. In addition to being named Billboard’s “7 Country Acts to Watch in 2019,” the Georgia native is a background singer, artist and Grammy-nominated engineer who has worked with big name talent including Fergie, Childish Gambino, Kane Brown and Chris Brown.

Adopted at three weeks old and victim to a freak heart attack at 19, surmounting ridiculous odds has always been Ernest’s gift. He learned banjo and guitar before he was a teen but quickly developed a passion for Hip-Hop and R&B as well, citing Eminem, Ludacris, and George Strait as some of his earliest influences. Discovering an equally powerful love of songwriting, Ernest began working alongside Nashville songwriting royalty like the Warren Brothers and soon earned cuts from Florida Georgia Line ("Dig Your Roots"), Chris Lane (“Big, Big Plans”), LOCASH, Jake Owen, Mason Ramsey, Morgan Wallen and more. Now set to begin his career as an artist, Ernest will be unlike anything currently afloat in Music City. Spending endless amounts of time in the studio, he is about to show us his distinct beachy sound when new music drops later this month.
