HOME FREE SHOOTS FOR THE STARS AND LANDS AMONG COUNTRY GREATS IN NEW VIDEO FOR “DREAMER”

Fresh off their electrifying return to the Grand Ole Opry stage earlier this week (6/25), all-vocal Country entertainers HOME FREE pay tribute to the icons who inspired them to shoot for the stars in the new video for their original tune, “Dreamer.”

If there’s one item every Country artist aims to check off his or her career bucket list, it’s a performance at the Grand Ole Opry. With a song that is all about staying a “Dreamer” throughout life, Home Free’s latest release takes a step back in time to highlight those who never stopped believing in their own dreams and became legends on the Opry stage because of it.

The clip, which debuted exclusively on Opry.com on Thursday (6/27), was shot and directed by Bolo Brothers Creative and features historic footage of several Country greats performing onstage at the Grand Ole Opry – from Waylon Jennings and George Jones to Loretta Lynn and Dolly Parton.

Staying true to the “Dreamer” narrative, the final seconds of the video include a full-circle moment for Home Free, as they step onto that very same stage to perform to a packed Opry House – turning one of their own lifelong dreams into reality.

“Every single person who has stepped foot on the Grand Ole Opry stage over the years was a dreamer, us included. You don’t get to that stage without being one,” says high tenor Austin Brown. “There’s just something about performing there, knowing you’re standing in the same spot as the people who pioneered the Country genre, that always gives me chills. It’s incredible and will forever be one of our favorite places to perform.”

Written by Dustin Christensen, Ross Ellis and Dan Fernandez, “Dreamer” is one of 10 original songs set to appear on Home Free’s upcoming 12-track album, DIVE BAR SAINTS, which is expected to drop this summer via Home Free Records and is currently available for preorder. The reflective ballad showcases Rob Lundquist’s soulful tenor vocals, as well as the impeccable harmonies Home Free has become known for over the years.

Fans are sure to hear “Dreamer,” as well as the other tunes off their upcoming album when Home Free hits the stage on their massive DIVE BAR SAINTS WORLD TOUR this fall. Spanning across the United States and 14 countries during the initial trek, additional shows covering Canada and Australia are expected to be announced soon. Fans can purchase tickets HERE.
