About
Danielle Walsmith’s job is to look at your
business from 30,000 feet up, ask you critical questions about
where you’re heading, and then help you determine how you’re
going to get there.
Prior to becoming a small business coach and
advisor for other savvy entrepreneurs, Danielle launched a successful
boutique public relations agency and served as managing partner
for two years. There, she developed and implemented communications
and strategy plans for numerous individuals, nonprofit organizations
and small businesses in the Los Angeles area and nationally.
She is now focused on providing clients with the right strategies,
tools and coaching to help them reach their goals.
Before embarking on her own entrepreneurial
journey, Danielle spent eight years as the senior marketing
director for a mid-size nonprofit agency after spending a few
years in educational marketing at a museum. She has a bachelor’s
degree in art history from Loyola Marymount University and a
master’s degree in strategic public relations from the Annenberg
School at the University of Southern California. Danielle’s
clients have appeared in the Los Angeles Times, the Daily News
and C Magazine, as well as on Fox News, E! Entertainment Television
and National Public Radio, and she was featured in the New York
Times for her own work with a career coach during the founding
of Sweet Talk Public Relations.
When she is not coaching entrepreneurs, Danielle
can be found reading, researching and learning all she can about
today’s small business environment. In addition, she’s an avid
hiker and likes watching college football with her family, practicing
yoga, painting and traveling.
